PowerSwitch is an Android lifestyle app developed by Markus Ressel that allows you to control your 433MHz power plugs with your smartphone. To control the 433MHz power plugs with PowerSwitch, one of the supported gateways is required as current smartphones are not able to send or receive signals in the 433MHz range.
With PowerSwitch, you can control various brands and models of power plugs, group receivers in rooms and apartments, switch rooms with one tap, create scenes, automate using timers and geofences for position-based automation, and remotely control via the internet using dyndns and port forwarding. Additionally, it supports stock alarm clock, Sleep as Android, widgets, NFC, Android Wear app, Tasker & Llama Support (API & Plugin), backup & restore, and material design.
